Classes at KiloGym

The thing that makes KiloGym different is that each class is part of a greater plan. There are 20 classes at the gym and each one serves a purpose, has structure, and most importantly a line of progression.

When you join you have 6 coaches at hand to help you understand how to best make the classes work for you. The idea of just trying to do as many reps and sets with a cardio finisher and expecting that to meet the needs of everybody attending is not what we do.

Define a goal and create a plan

We are a small community, so we know our members. We know their strengths and we know their weakness. That leave us in a very good position to help you every time you step foot in the gym. Even if you have an injury/limitation we will alter the session for you. Everything is about making the time you spend with us take you closer to achieving your goal.

Unfortunately marketing companies have gotten their hands on the fitness industry and labelled certain training methods with names such as - Body Pump, Blaze, Bums and Tums... you get the picture. The thing is it really all comes down to developing Strength and developing Cardio.
I.e. Strength and Conditioning.

So at KiloGym we simply have Strength Classes and we have Conditioning Classes.
(We also have a Box-Fit class but that is simply a conditioning class with basic pad work).

I believe in keeping life simple

In a Strength Class we develop your ability to move weight
In a Conditioning Class we develop your ability to move weight for longer periods of time

Maximising your abilities in both of these along with a good diet, hydration, and sleep is pretty powerful thing.

I could talk about this all day but why don't you have a look at our timetable and come join in. Please also feel free to get in touch and I explain a little more over the phone about what to expect from each session.
